LIFE-NWPA LIFE stands for Living Independence For the Elderly. LIFE programs in the State of Pennsylvania are a part of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The idea of the LIFE model of care is to help individuals live independently, while focusing on helping them stay in their own homes and communities for as long as possible by providing them with all-inclusive care. Southwoods Assisted Living

The Billie Brown Building is owned and managed by Titusville Housing Authority. It has 63 one-bedroom units and 2 two-bedroom units. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and on Titusville Housing Authority property.
Central Towers
Central Towers provides a safe and secure living environment for persons elderly, disabled, and near-elderly (50+). Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and on Titusville Housing Authority property, except for the designated smoking area which is clearly marked.
