Crawford County Human Services provides intake and case management services for Mental Health, Intellectual Disabilities and Children and Youth Services to the citizens in our community. The Human Services Department also contracts with a variety of Mental Health, Intellectual Disabilities and Children and Youth Providers. Our goal is to assure each person we serve has timely access to services, which are provided in a manner that empowers each individual and family to maintain a healthy and stable lifestyle.

Family Service & Children’s Aid Society (FSCAS) is a private, non-profit, 501 (c) (3) umbrella organization, which has been in operation since 1887 and incorporated in January 1973. FSCAS is licensed in the State of Pennsylvania by the Department of Public Welfare to provide Adoption and Private Children & Youth Social Services, (in-home family based), and licensed by the State of Pennsylvania Department of Health to provide Drug and Alcohol out patient services. FSCAS is governed by a 13 member Governing Board of Directors who manage the property and business of the Agency and collectively share an interest in providing social services to families in need.

Social Connections Drop In Center, 110 West Spring Street Titusville, PA 16354
The Social Connection is a Consumer Driven Mental Health Drop-In-Center (DIC) for the city of Titusville and its surrounding areas. The Center’s purpose is for consumers to share friendship, a warm environment and a place to increase their personal socialization with peers who have similar life experiences.
